Age Verification Policy for Canada (19+)
By law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age (19) for any of our products. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases, we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order. Customers from states with a legal age of 18 and over must still be 19+ to place orders on our site for Canada.
I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
All order placed before 3pm EST will be shipped same day.
Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped next day.
Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will ship the following business day.
Estimated shipping times are 1-7 business days depending on location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed and ready to ship.
Where do you ship?
We ship only within Canada excluding Quebec, Canada.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the nature of our product, we can not ship to P.O. boxes. Entering a P.O. Box into the shipping address may result in shipping delays.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on any vape products.
My product is defective, can I return it for a replacement?
As long as you purchased the product directly from us at www.kiloeliquids.ca or any of our authorized retailer, we can help you with a replacement.
Any products purchased from unauthorized retailers will not be accepted.
I received my package damaged. What should I do?
For any claims due to damage in transit, please contact your shipping carrier for information on how to enter a claim. If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturers defect, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My 1K Closed System was defective, can I get a replacement?
